ABOUT TRENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is a native of Louisville, KY., has two brothers, parents, a step dad, two sister-in-laws a nephew and a niece.<\/p>\n

Is a survivor of lifelong exposure to environments of discrimination and bullying in schools and community settings because of others\u2019 lack of understanding about autism.<\/p>\n

Worked as a retail clerk for 13 years at Meijer, INC., valued and supported with inclusion.<\/p>\n

For twenty-four years Trent has perfected his craft an an abstract artist. He applies his autistic unique heightened ability to focus deeply and sometimes intensely to create his paintings.<\/p>\n

Trent paints with passion and song. His canvas is a safe place away from bullying and the violence in the world which allows his humanity to come forth. He relies upon interdependent support group to feel safe live with well-being.

Altman, a passionate artist, finds pure joy in the process of painting. Whether in his art studio or outdoors, he immerses himself in a world of vibrant colors and a blank canvas, allowing his creativity to flow. With brushes and various tools, he skillfully expresses his emotions and captures the essence of his subjects. The layers and textures he creates result in bold and dramatic paintings that evoke the sensory experiences of nature. Inspired by the beauty of the natural world, Altman explores different pigments and unconventional materials to convey his personal experiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Altman, painting is not just a form of artistic expression, but a sanctuary away from the harsh realities of the world. It provides him with a safe space where his humanity can shine, free from bullying and violence.
